The Space

An opulent 18000 sq ft plot of land in Jumeirah Islands Mansion, Dubai.

The Ask

They wanted us to build them a contemporary yet earthy home that exudes luxury and nature.

The Result

This extraordinary property was to be a home for our client, a couple along with their kid and a dog. Our objective was clear right off the bat - to turn this 18000 sq ft land in Jumeirah Island Mansions into an ultra luxury residence that was the perfect union of modernity and a touch of green. We got to work by creating a lot of extensions in the house. From staircase areas to archways that led to the dining space, we ensured the home had a considerable scope for movement.

We also brought in some unique pieces of furniture, and used plants throughout the house to bring in a sense of serene luxury into the mansion.

The client was very impressed by our ability to balance aesthetics with functionality through their home. Whether it was the entertainment room or the kitchen, or the upstairs lounge and the many beds and baths, the mansion was everything the client hoped for and more!
